Tickets purchased using this system are for a specific cruise. The event booked will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation 24 hours prior to departure receives full refund. No refunds within 24 hours prior to cruise or after the cruise for failure to show up on time.
What if we don't show up for the tour?
We do not refund missed cruises. We have limited seats on board, and often have a waitlist of unfulfilled passengers. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund missed cruises.
